German Cast-In-Situ & Pre-Cast Technology.
Standardised Quality Homes.

We use two technologies to fabricate reinforced concrete. The first technology is In-Situ Concrete or Cast-In-Situ, wherein the concrete is poured into the installed Form Work at the building site and then cured. The other technology we use is Pre-Cast, in which building components are manufactured in our central plant at Sainikpuri and later brought to the building site for assembly.

We use Cast-In-Situ Technology of PERI and Pre-Cast Technology of ELEMATIC, for fabrication of reinforced concrete walls.
